3.3. We do not hold your Credit Card details on our Servers. Our chosen payment gateway provider is PXP-Solutions who are PCI DSS Certified. Credit/Debit card information goes directly to PXP who are certified for processing. In relation to over the phone orders your credit card details are processed on-line with PXP-Solutions. For your security, never email or text any credit card details to us.
3.4. We may retain a copy of correspondence which you forward to us.
3.5. When you submit a credit application form to us, we will use a credit reference agency in order to assess your credit worthiness. A copy of that information or part thereof may be retained by us.
3.6. This website provides the option to allow the use of "Cookies". 4.5. When you complete a credit application form, we will keep a copy of that form together with results from a credit reference agency which will include information about the company and its directors.
